I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the prices felt kind of ridiculous for what are basically cushions. I was expecting something that made me feel like, okay, this was worth the money, but nope. They’re fine, I guess, but not fine enough to justify what I paid. For that price, I wanted better quality or at least something that felt a little more special. Next time I’m definitely shopping around before spending that much again

I had to send back one cushion cover because I ordered the wrong size. Customer service got back to me fairly quickly, and the refund showed up after a few days. I’m always a bit careful about spending on home stuff, so I was glad the return didn’t turn into a hassle. Not a perfect experience, but it felt fair overall

I was expecting a better range of fabrics, especially for custom cushions. The site itself was easy enough to use, but the selection felt narrow. A lot of the colors looked almost the same, and a few patterns I would’ve picked weren’t available. It made matching my room harder than it should’ve been. I did place an order in the end, but for the price and the custom aspect, I think they should offer more variety...

As someone who likes to get things set up right away, waiting this long for my cushions was really frustrating. It felt like they took forever to arrive, and the delay definitely took away from the excitement of ordering them...

I ordered these replacement cushions for our patio chairs, i was kind of thinking, okay, let’s see if these are actually decent. Turns out, they were better than I expected.
They’re comfy without being too squishy, which I really appreciate because I didn’t want to sit down and feel like I was sinking straight through them. The back support is surprisingly good too, and I’ve noticed I can hang out on the patio longer without my back starting to complain.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the shipping felt a little slow. But once they arrived, I was happy with them. They look nice, fit the chairs well, and overall I’m glad I bought them.

At first the cushions looked fine, so I thought they’d be okay. After a few days, though, the foam started feeling thin and a bit lumpy to me. The covers also don’t seem to fit or sit quite right, but I can’t say for sure if that’s a common issue or if I just got a bad set. Either way, they weren’t really worth it for me.

I don’t remember the ordering process being this annoying before. It felt a lot more confusing this time, and the checkout kept lagging on me. I did eventually get my order through, but it took way longer than it should have...

The box showed up completely crushed, honestly. Not great!! Thankfully the item was still okay, but the packaging definitely looked like it had been through a lot

I reached out twice about my order, and both times the replies were slow and not really helpful. it felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too interested in fixing anything or keeping me updated. Maybe others have better luck, but for me the customer service was a miss.

I ordered the exact custom size I needed, but when it arrived, it was just a bit too small... kind of frustrating!! Not a huge difference, but enough that it didn’t fit the way I expected!!!
